Welcome to our immaculate villa in a modern Ibizan style – a place to unwind, relax and enjoy yourself.
The villa is situated in a quiet location in El Verger, yet is just a few minutes’ drive from restaurants, supermarkets and the beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca.
With approximately 90 m² of living space, you can look forward to a stylishly furnished home with plenty of light, clean lines and a warm, Mediterranean atmosphere. The modern black-and-white aesthetic, combined with natural wooden elements, creates a unique living experience – sophisticated, cosy and relaxed all at once.
It features two bedrooms (with a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed and a 1.50 x 2.00 m bed). The house is cooled or heated to your preferred temperature via central air conditioning.
The heart of the villa is the open-plan living and dining area with large glass fronts and a direct view of the pool, as well as the Serra de Segària mountains in the background.
The spacious roof terrace invites you to start the day in a relaxed manner or to wind down as the sun sets.
From here, you can also enjoy the stunning views!

For your convenience, all our houses are already equipped with a first set of bed linen and towels. We charge a small laundry fee for this.
The rental price includes an electricity consumption of 20 kWh / day. An additional consumption will be billed separately.
A security deposit will be charged prior to arrival and will be refunded within 14 days of departure if no damages have been done.
There is a cleaning fee, which is not included in the rental price.
From the 1 July until 31 August the arrivals and departures can only be realized on a Saturday.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we can only accept bookings made at least 7 days before arrival and where the minimum age is over 26 years.
