The single-storey Villa Mona, completely and luxuriously modernised in 2026, offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. With plenty of privacy and comfort for up to four people, it is the perfect place to relax. Despite its peaceful location, restaurants and supermarkets are conveniently within walking distance. Dénia town centre is about a 10-minute drive away and Marineta Casiana beach is just around 1.8 km – perfect for a spontaneous beach day!
On the completely fenced 855 m² plot, you will find a luxuriously landscaped garden, a patio and a covered veranda with various lounge areas. The centrepiece is the private 4 × 8 m saltwater pool with sun terrace and outdoor shower. Everywhere you have the choice between sunny and shady spots – depending on your mood.
The villa has two comfortable bedrooms with king-size beds and two bathrooms – one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, washer-dryer, kettle and coffee machine and opens directly onto the living area and pool terrace. On the covered veranda there is also a gas barbecue plate available – perfect for your favourite dishes straight from the harbour or market hall in Dénia!
After a day trip, you can park conveniently directly on the property.
Air conditioning throughout the house (heating/cooling), pellet stove, smart TVs, free WiFi indoors and outdoors, USB ports, hairdryer and steamer provide additional comfort.
Villa Mona is ideal for families and offers beautiful views of the pool, garden and mountains. Nearby you will also find Montgó nature park, golf courses and numerous other leisure activities.
For your convenience, all our houses are already equipped with an initial set of bed linen and towels. We charge a small fee for this cleaning.
The rental price includes electricity consumption of 20 kWh / day. Any excess consumption will be charged separately.
A deposit is charged before arrival, which will be refunded within 14 days after departure, provided no damage has occurred.
A cleaning fee is charged, which is not included in the rental price.
From 1 July to 31 August each year, arrival and departure can only take place on a Saturday.
We ask for your understanding that we can only accept bookings that are made at least 7 days before arrival and where the minimum age is over 26 years.
