This beautiful, single-storey villa offers you everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.
With plenty of privacy, modern comfort and a wonderful, sun-facing pool, this is the ideal place to relax.
The villa is located in a quiet urbanisation and yet is only a few minutes' walk from restaurants and supermarkets.
The vibrant centre of Denia with its beautiful promenade is just a 10-minute drive away. Marieta Casiana sandy beach is only 1.8 km away – perfect for a quick beach day!
On the spacious, fully fenced plot of 855 m² you will find a lovingly designed garden with garden furniture and various shaded lounge areas.
The private 4x8m pool with generous pool terrace is the focal point of the outdoor area. Here you can relax wonderfully and enjoy the sun. In addition, the patio and further terrace areas offer perfect spots to unwind.
The completely newly renovated house offers two comfortable bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, and two fully equipped bathrooms – one with a shower and one with a bathtub. There is plenty of space for up to four people.
The open-plan American kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and coffee machine. It opens directly onto the pool terrace and the cosy living room with television.
On the covered terrace you also have access to a gas griddle (plancha) – perfect for your favourite dishes straight from the harbour or the market hall in Denia!
The entire house is equipped with air conditioning, so you can make yourself comfortable all year round. The pellet stove for cosy evenings on the comfortable sofa makes your stay in winter perfect.
Free WiFi is of course available; not only in the house, but also in the outdoor area there is adequate network coverage. A steamer, hairdryer and USB sockets throughout the house round off the offer.
Villa Mona is ideal for families and offers you wonderful views of the pool, garden and mountains. Nearby you will also find Montgó Nature Park, golf courses and numerous leisure activities.
Please note: Check-in and check-out are only possible on Saturdays from 1 July to 31 August. Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance, and the tenant must be at least 26 years old. A deposit is required and will be refunded within 14 days of check-out, provided no damage has occurred. A cleaning fee is charged separately. The rental price includes electricity consumption of 20 kWh per day; additional consumption will be charged separately. Pets are not allowed, and smoking in the outdoor area is permitted. Open fires are not allowed under any circumstances.
