With space for up to 6 people, a private pool and breathtaking views of the Orba Valley down to the Mediterranean, pure relaxation awaits you here.
The villa impresses with its generous amenities and modern comfort. The 8 × 4 m private pool invites you to refreshing swims, whilst the spacious pool terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the Spanish sun and admire the magnificent views of sea and mountains.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with an open-plan American kitchen – ideal for spending time with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen features a cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee machine and all necessary cooking utensils. On this level you will also find two bedrooms each with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower.
The upper floor houses the comfortable master bedroom with a queen-size bed and large panoramic window with wonderful views – perfect for waking up to. Practical blinds protect you from the morning sun. An en-suite bathroom with shower and an additional outdoor shower offer you maximum comfort. The large roof terrace is the ideal place to enjoy sunsets.
The entire house is equipped with air conditioning that both cools and heats. Free WiFi and a TV provide additional entertainment. An outdoor parking space on the property is available to you.
The villa is situated on a 543 m² plot with a beautiful garden and garden furniture. The 45 m² terrace offers you numerous opportunities to enjoy nature.
Perfect location for explorers: Just 3 km away is the village of Orba with restaurants, cafés and supermarkets. You can reach the sandy beaches in about 15 km, the rocky coastline in 16 km. The beautiful natural park La Marjal de Pego-Oliva is only 17 km away. Golfers will enjoy Oliva Nova Golf at 20 km distance. The nearest larger towns Denia with train station and bus stop are about 18-19 km away. You can reach Alicante and Valencia airports in about 100 km.
Please note: Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Youth groups cannot be accommodated. From 1 July to 31 August, check-in and check-out are only possible on Saturdays (Check-in 16:00-23:45, Check-out 10:00). Bookings must be made at least 7 days before arrival, guests must be at least 26 years old.
Included in the rental price: Bed linen, towels and 20 kWh electricity consumption per day. Additional costs: Cleaning fee, excess electricity consumption, security deposit (refunded within 14 days after departure, provided no damage has occurred).

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
